1. Who is responsible

2. The short version

This website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or ads. Fonts are served from this website itself, not from Google. I only collect personal data when you visit the site (technical logs) or when you enter your email address in a form.

3. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Workers by Cloudflare, Inc., USA. When you open the site, your IP address and technical request data (browser, time, requested page) are processed so the page can be delivered and protected against attacks. Cloudflare acts as my processor under its data processing addendum. Data may be transferred to the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and the transfer is additionally covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. If a connection to the site fails, your browser may send a technical error report to Cloudflare (Network Error Logging). Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in running a secure website.

4. Free checklist form

If you enter your email address to get the checklist, I use it to send you the checklist PDF. Legal basis: your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you also tick the optional box for updates, I will additionally send you occasional emails from ListingFlash. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to the email address above. Withdrawing does not affect what happened before.

5. Waitlist form

If you join the waitlist, I use your email address only to send you emails about the toolkit’s progress and launch (a few at most). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time, in the same way as above.

6. Email service provider

Emails are sent through MailerLite (MailerLite UAB, Lithuania). MailerLite processes your email address on my behalf under a data processing agreement. According to MailerLite, subscriber data is stored in data centres in the European Union, and its sub-processors include Google Cloud EMEA Ltd and Vercom S.A. To prove consent, I store the time of your sign-up and which version of the consent text you agreed to.

7. How long I keep your data

Your email address stays on my list until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it.

This site links to my profiles on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and X. These are plain links. No data is sent to these platforms until you click on them. After that, their own privacy policies apply.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent at any time.
